Start defaults, scheduled starts and Gig settings.

Band defaults

Used for manual and automatic starts unless the Gig has its own settings. Changes apply to future starts, not a show already running.

Off keeps live tracking and your Setlist running without opening the Song Menu.
Preselects the list in preflight. A missing Gig Setlist prompts you to choose a Template; automatic starts never switch lists silently.
Scheduled starts

Start scheduled Live Shows using each Gig’s timezone. Quick Shows stay manual.

Off — start scheduled Gigs manually.
Applies only to automatic starts. Turning them off keeps this saved time.
Activation safeguards

Schedule changes are followed automatically. Archived, canceled and completed Gigs are skipped. Another active show is never replaced, and an ended Gig never restarts automatically. Opening a Setlist-based Song Menu requires a published Setlist with available songs. Payment setup and Flash Sales stay manual.

Gig settings

Change only what’s different for this Gig. Song Menu and song list settings apply to manual and automatic starts.

Choose a Gig to review its effective start settings.

Saved to this Gig only. Reopen here or from its Live Show Settings link. Select “Use band default” in every field to clear its overrides. Running shows are unchanged.
