Pricing Rules

Choose the lowest permanent or promotional request price this band will accept.

Choose an amount in $0.25 increments.
BandGravy platform minimum: $5.00
This band currently inherits the platform minimum. The effective floor applies to songs, bulk pricing, Flash Sales, bundles, and checkout.

Request Rules

Control duplicate requests, cooldown timers, and show-night setlist protections.

Set the time window (e.g. 600 for 10 minutes) before a song can be requested again. Use 0 to disable.
Per Requester matches email when provided, otherwise the submitted name, and remembers the timer on that browser. Site-wide applies it across all fans.
Access automatically turns OFF after the Gig’s real end time plus this grace period. Overnight Gigs continue past midnight.

When enabled, each song can only be requested once during an active Song Menu session. Turning on a new session for a later gig on the same day resets the catalog automatically.

Configure bundle upsells and limited-time Flash Sale offers.

Bundle Upsell

Offer a cart-level package when fans choose a required number of songs.

Minimum bundle total: $15.00 (3 songs × $5.00 minimum).

Flash Sale Control

Make the Start Sale control available above. This setting does not start a timed sale.

Flash Sale is available, but not running Use Start Sale in the controls above to begin the 15-minute countdown.
Flash Sale requests cannot be priced below $5.00 per song. Songs already priced lower than the sale amount keep their lower base price.
