Songs & Setlists Settings

Set defaults for songs, reviews, and setlists.

Choose how new songs, Listening Room reviews, and newly added Setlist sections begin. Existing song profiles and Setlist sections are not rewritten.

Choose the starting readiness when a song receives its first Performance Profile. Musicians can still change each song afterward.

Control when a candidate gathers enough member support to appear ready for review.

Automatic is currently 18 of 21 possible points.
Choose Manual point total to adjust this value.

Set the timing defaults used by the Setlist Builder and Advisor. Existing section-specific targets always take priority.

Existing section targets take priority.
Individual song overrides take priority.
Timing window for new Sets and Encores.

Program the musical guardrails and priorities the Advisor uses when ordering, filling, moving, and trimming songs. Required rules reject known violations; songs with missing metadata remain eligible as timing-based fallbacks.

Vocal guardrails

Limit demanding vocal runs and cumulative fatigue.

Demand 4–5

Applied independently to each lead vocalist.

Demand 3–5

Limit runs of moderately demanding songs.

Peak vocal fatigue

Limit cumulative fatigue across a Set.

Opening and closing energy

Set the preferred energy floor at each end of a Set.

Opening energy

Energy floor for the first song.

Closing energy

Energy floor for the last song.

Musical priorities

Relative weights from 0–100. Higher values give a goal more influence; they do not need to total 100.

These priorities do not override Gig timing, required links, ignored songs, unavailable songs, or Required rules.

Gig packaging

Fallback structure when the current Setlist does not provide enough guidance.

Used only when a Gig window is available. Nothing is created until the reviewed proposal is applied.

Existing patterns take priority over these fallback values.

Gig Set duration pattern

Choose even Sets or a preferred opening, middle, and closing shape.

Balanced keeps Sets as even as the Gig window permits. Variable uses the preferred opening, middle, and closing shape, then scales it when necessary to fit the Gig window. For four or more Sets, Middle applies to every interior Set.

Regression guardrails

Maximum allowed increase when comparing an alternative order with the current Set.

Applies equally to Energy, Mood, and Momentum Drag.

A remaining exception is identified in the review instead of being hidden.

You can view these defaults, but you do not have access to change them.
